英语：Technique和Technology的区别

英语学习中，经常会碰到意思相近的单词，如果不加以区分就会很容易用错。单词Technique和Technology表面上都与汉语的“技术”相关，但它们的含义有所不同：
1, technique = a way of doing an activity which needs skill
简单地说，technique就是需要技巧的行为，需要长时间的练习才能掌握的技巧。比如跳舞的技巧、打球的技巧、焊接的技艺等。

• Great dancers aren’t great because of their technique; they are great because of their passion.
• The tennis player used a special technique when serving the ball. He leaned into it with a lot of force.

2, technology = the study and knowledge of the practical, especially industrial, use of scientific discoveries
technology更强调表示科学技术、科技、工业技术等。

• Medical technology refers to the diagnostic or therapeutic application of science and technology to improve the management of health conditions.
• Modern technology is amazing.
• The Internet, television and space travel are all examples of modern technology.
